Grove Farm cottage lies on the outskirts of the small village of Ilketshall St Margaret, 3 miles south of the old Market Town of Bungay, Suffolk. We have recently renovated the cottage completely, after it had stood empty for nearly 30 years! The cottage is furnished to a high standard and is set off the beaten track amidst beautiful rural Suffolk countryside. There are many interesting walks from its door and far reaching views from its windows. It has a large garden with patio area/barbecue and ample parking for 2 cars. Inns, restaurants and shops - 2 miles.

BEACH HUT at SOUTHWOLD available with the cottage by arrangement with owner. Also private lake available (3 miles)with dingy & summershouse, for coarse fishing or family fun £5 per day.
